The Saint Paul Foundation Appoints Claire J. Chang as Director of Program Planning and Special Initiatives
(Saint Paul, Minn.) - The Saint Paul Foundation recently announced that Claire J. Chang was promoted to the position of director of program planning and special initiatives. In this role, Chang manages all of the Foundation’s special initiatives that span work from early childhood literacy to emergency assistance, nonprofit capacity building and the anti-racism initiative Facing Race. In addition, she will lead the planning and evaluation work of the Grants and Program Team.
