Building on its long track record of work in diversity and inclusiveness, The Saint Paul Foundation is launching an initiative called Facing Race We’re All In This Together®. Facing Race is a multi-year campaign aimed at positively changing the nature of personal, organizational and institutional relationships and is focused on Minnesota.
In order to create opportunities for individuals to talk about racism, we have developed the New Conversations About Race and Racism® discussion tool. You can get involved by hosting a conversation at home or in the community with your family, neighbors, friends, club members or co-workers. Click here to learn more.

The SpectrumTrust Multicultural Endowment of The Saint Paul Foundation is soliciting applications from groups throughout the state of Minnesota who are pursuing or developing projects that mitigate the effects of racism – specifically in the three areas of education, housing, or employment.
